Products and Pricing

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately on our Site including images, descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, the displayed products may vary slightly from the actual product you receive due to limitations in our photography and the customer’s particular monitor adjustments.

Product Pricing

We make a consistent effort to accurately display pricing for products available on the Site. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. If you have already paid for the product, you will receive a full refund.

Product Availability

However, products may become unavailable after listing due to unexpected changes in supply or other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for a product that becomes unavailable after listing. Shipping Policies

Delivery Timeframes

We will make every effort to deliver your purchases within our estimated timeframes. However, delays may occasionally occur due to customs, inclement weather or other factors outside our control.

Damaged/Missing Packages

Please inspect all packages upon delivery and note any obvious external damage or missing items on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to report issues. We will work with you to determine appropriate resolution, such as refund or replacement.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to products passes to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. If an order is lost during transit, you must initiate the claim process with the carrier. Let us know promptly if you do not receive your full order or if any items appear damaged so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Payment

We accept payment through all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method upon submitting your order.

Returns Policy

At Auto XS®, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund in accordance with this policy.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
In a resalable condition
Accompanied by original receipt

Products must be returned using our prepaid return shipping label. Please contact our Customer Care team to obtain a personalized return label. We cannot refund the original outbound shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional processing time for refunds to credit cards and PayPal accounts.

Exclusions

The following products are excluded from returns and will not be refunded or exchanged unless defective or damaged on delivery:

Gift cards and promotional vouchers
Personalized or customized products
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for products that are damaged through misuse. Please take care when handling and inspecting products prior to return.
